Our Volunteer Needs

1. Social Media Volunteer:
We're looking for a dedicated individual to manage and enhance our social media presence. This role involves creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our community, and developing strategies to boost our online impact.
2. Fundraising Events Scout:
We need someone to assist us on a weekly basis in researching and identifying potential fundraising events and opportunities. Your efforts will help us expand our reach and gather support for our initiatives.
3. Website Maintenance:
Regular updates, troubleshooting, and content management for my websites.
4. Donor Relations:
Developing and maintaining relationships with donors, including sending thank-you notes and updates.
5. Event Planning:
Organizing and coordinating fundraising events, including logistics and promotion.
6. Administrative Support:
Tasks like data entry, managing databases, or handling correspondence.
7. Marketing and Outreach:
Developing strategies to increase awareness and engagement with our cause, including social media campaigns and community outreach.

My Story

    Seven years ago, I faced significant health issues that led to surgery and a long-term disability. This upheaval forced me to start over at the age of 51, and I struggled both mentally and physically with how to move forward in life.
   It took a considerable amount of time to reassess what I was still capable of and what I wanted to pursue despite my health challenges. In early May 2023, I launched a podcast aimed at providing encouragement and support to men who were struggling and in need of assistance. By October 2023, I expanded this initiative by establishing a nonprofit organization.
   This new platform allowed me to extend my support not only to men through this nonprofit, my primary goal is to offer financial aid, emotional support, and other forms of assistance within my capacity, given my physical limitations. My mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need, providing the support that I once sought for myself.
